Sharon Bastable

Director

Sharon is a Director with over three decades of industry experience, beginning on the shop floor in 1991 and progressing through roles in estimating, purchasing, project management, and IT. She holds a degree in Computer Science and is known for her outside-the-box thinking, calmness in a crisis, and a professional hands-on approach.

As a people-orientated leader, she values the unique strengths of her team and fosters a collaborative, supportive culture.

Kelly Coffey

Administrator

Kelly joined in 2023 as an Administrator and quickly became a key team member. Although new to the industry, she now confidently oversees the majority of Saiston’s maintenance and administration.

Drawing on her background in facilities management and experience as a gym owner, Kelly offers a unique and valuable perspective and an approachable personality in all aspects of her role.

Nick Sutcliffe

Technical Manager

During his years with Saiston, Nick has held a variety of roles, from hands-on engineering to serving as our CAD specialist. Today, he leads the team as Technical Manager.

Damien Brown

Estimator & CAD

Damien joined us in February 2020 as an estimator and has since become an invaluable member of the team. With a strong background in press brake operation and CAD, he brings a rare blend of technical expertise and hands-on experience.

With his innovative approach, involving occasionally using 3D printing techniques to develop bespoke tools and jigs, he adds both precision and efficiency to our processes.

Shannon Campbell

Accounts & Purchasing Administrator

With a background in accounts and admin, and since joining in 2021, Shannon has become a vital part of Saiston, directing financial operations, including payrolll with careful precision, integrity and efficiency.

Originally from South Africa, Shannon earned her British citizenship during her time working at Saiston, demonstrating her strong commitment to the company.

Daniel Maciejewski

Production Supervisor

Daniel joined us in 2016 as a General Operator and quickly proved his capabilities, progressing to Press Setter Operator within just a few months. His dedication and leadership saw him rise to Shift Supervisor, and in 2024 he was promoted to Production Supervisor.

In this role, Daniel ensures that operations run smoothly and on schedule, with key and wide-ranging responsibilities including health and safety, quality control, and day-to-day production management.

John Ryan

Driver

John is a personable and dependable member of the team, with a can-do attitude. He brings years of practical experience in civil engineering and construction, having started his career as a general labourer and steadily advanced, operating excavators and later moving into site management.

Today, John plays an invaluable role as the face of Saiston, being the person most customers meet when he delivers across the UK.
